Account Deletion

At Lewah, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to have your account and associated data deleted.

1. How to Request Deletion

1Method 1: In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Lewah app:

Open the Lewah app on your device
Navigate to your Profile tab
Go to Settings
Select 'Delete Account' and confirm your choice

2Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing our support team:

2. Data Handling

Data that will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days:

Profile information (Name, email, phone number)

Study history and quiz performance stats

Personalized flashcard decks

In-app preferences and settings

Data that may be kept

Certain data may be retained for specific periods due to legal, safety, or operational requirements:

Financial transaction records (Retained for 7 years to comply with tax/legal obligations)

Audit logs for security and abuse prevention (Retained for up to 90 days)

Messages sent in public Study Hubs (Will remain visible but anonymized)

Once the deletion process is complete, it cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your purchased credits, subscriptions, and study progress.
